My name is Tom Houseman. I have studied film for a number of years, written screenplays, made short films and videos, and see over a hundred films a year. Recently, I came to a conclusion: I hate movies. All movies. Big studio films, little indie flicks, experimental, landscape, everything. I hate student films, amateur films, new films and classic films. If you’ve made a film, and I’ve seen it, I hate it. If I haven’t seen it, I’ll hate it as soon as I get around to it. I even hate my own films.
So I decided to make this blog to spread the word that all movies are crap, to convince everyone that it isn’t worth your time, energy, or money, to sit through any movie that has ever been made. I will post reviews whenever I see a movie, explaining to you why this movie is awful. No matter how good you think a movie might be, I assure that it is actually a piece of trash, not fit for human eyes. Enjoy!

I freakin hate movies too. After I took a short workshop on film-making (it was mandatory for art class) my appreciation for movies has drastically decreased. And now I’m finding myself hating every movie I come across. Everything is so cliche and repetitive and predictable, I am in disbelief that the general population continues to spend any money on films.

I hate movies too! I have nothing to so with the industry of anything , but I just sply can’t stand what is constantly portrayed. It’s either sex or violence at different levels of the spectrum. To me movies serve absolutly no purpose and do nothing but prove how sick someone is. I hate that all these slap stick humor movies always never fail to insult women and degrade them and potray them as unrealalistic objects. In reality women don’t just get naked and have dire needs for sex. On average women can’t even get an orgasm…. Were not that crazy about it. It’s men that are. And it’s men portraying women as something they only wish in their pathetic dreams women were like that.
And as for violence , I want to remind you of how ozzy was sued for implying suicide. Why aren’t directors sued and fined for implying murder and suicide and rape? People are becoming so desensitized to the reality of death. It’s supposed to be sad! Not something entertaining to see. People are sick and selfish to watch this crap and have no respect for anything moral and finite.

i also hate movies. these directors make fool of all the people. we waste our money and time. people must stop watching movies. i hate new films after 1990s more than old films before 1990s. these are same stories based on similar ideas. Hindi movies are at the bottom in my list. Hollywood movies are also piece of crap.same camera angle, same actors in different roles. do something better than watching movies. hero is always a clever person than villain. he is always right. he defeats everyone. even classic movies are also crap. no actress is beautiful.everyone just do overacting.

hahahaha! of all the things in this world to hate, you choose something that 98% of the world loves. its it a wee odd that every one ELSE likes movies but you claim movies are crap? i think what you SHOULD say is, “i think movies are crap”.
and no matter how much you try to make a great movie look awful, i will always love it
